I am doing something different for this week’s IMPACT Q&A. I have a special guest on the show who is going to blow you away. Meet Sara Apgar. She was an All American Rugby Player at Princeton University, and then played on the US Women's Atlantis 7s Rugby Team. Sara served 4 years in the US Army, served one deployment to Iraq, and is a volunteer firefighter in Long Island, NY. In her “spare” time, Sara founded FitFighter Training, an elite system of strength & conditioning where she trains firefighters, first-responders, and fitness enthusiasts looking to maximize health, fitness, and performance. Whether you are an athlete, soldier, coach, parent, firefighter or first-responder, or anyone who desires the most out of life, you’re going to love this episode. Enjoy the show!
