Alright my friends—this one’s a little different. For Episode 452 of The IMPACT Show, I flip the microphone and let my good friend, business partner and brother in arms, Travis Barnes, take over as host of the podcast. If you don’t know Travis, he’s the co-founder of IMPACT-X Performance, a fellow Fit-Pro, author, speaker, husband, father, and someone who has been through the fire and has come out even stronger. He’s also a man of faith, incredible perseverance, and someone I truly respect.
In this week’s episode, Travis interviews me on all the BIG NEWS, with the recent announcement of IXP—San Diego. We talk everything from faith, fear, vision, purpose, and what it’s like to be building something brand new again with IMPACT-X Performance San Diego. And while you’re at it, reach out to someone who’s impacted your life. Shoot them a message. Say thank you. Speak life into them.
This episode is near and dear to my heart. It’s raw. It’s real.
It’s about faith over fear, purpose over comfort, and trusting
the process even when you can’t see the finish line. I hope it
inspires you to chase your calling with courage, gratitude, and a
deep trust that there’s beauty in every step—even the scary
ones. With that being said, BUCKLE-UP.
IMPACT-X Performance (San Diego) is about 90-days away and I
haven’t felt this level
of excitement in a long, long time.
