Or shall I ask how many times a day do you feel that? Those feelings are like an alarm system telling you that you gotta “get your mind right!” ASAP. I know this because it happens to me just like it happens to you. And that’s what today’s episode is going to do…Get your mind right, when your mind is not right.

 

Specifically, on today’s IMPACT Show, we talk about what happens when your mind, body, and soul aren’t right and how to combat that. Additionally, I share six ways to get your mind right and help keep it right, even on your worst days. These are steps I do regularly myself and I coach you through today as well. The steps are not difficult to do but to make them work, you have to “do the work.” Dive in and let’s DO THE WORK.
